Collection of Information
In order to use the Shanleys Creations website, we may require information fromyou in order to provide the best service possible.

Delivery Policy Physical goods
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Shanleys
Creations containing your order details (if you have provided your email address)
sometimes this may go to your junk folder.
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within two working days;
however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Delivery of
items may vary between 3 – 12 days depending on your location and this is out
of our control as this is how Australia Post decide on their delivery schedules.

Refund & Returns Policy
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one day of delivery if you are not satisfied
with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
We will endeavour to come to an agreement that works for both parties to ensure our customers are happy.
A full refund including shipping cost will be given in line with Australian Consumer Law
only if there is an issue with the product purchased, and another arrangement can not be agreed on.
A refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used, damaged
after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they
have been dropped or broken or for a change of mind.
All products must be returned in their original condition prior to the refund.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer for the return of the products.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore we
advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with Australia Post
on any items you wish to return. Shanleys Creations will not be responsible for
parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
